Quality Control is an integral part of every process at Manluk Global Manufacturing Solutions and just not a program applied to a manufacturing operation. It begins in our business philosophy, shapes our long-range planning, and directs the methods by which we work every day.

Our Quality Assurance manual provides the guidelines to maintain an efficient and cost-effective quality assurance program. Each employee works according to the stringent requirements outlined in our manual and our customers rely on our commitment to it. By using statistical process control techniques we can apply our Quality Assurance capabilities to every stage of planning and production

We use only mill certified materials. Our in-house inspectors are qualified in Liquid Penetrant and Magnetic Particle inspections in compliance with ASNT recommended practice SNT-TC-1A LEVEL 2. Our Welding Procedures are documented and certified in accordance with ASME SECTION IX, QW-216. All parts shipped are dimensionally inspected by our Quality Control Department. To record and measure all critical dimensions, Three Co-ordinate Measuring Machines are employed capable of measuring parts up to 31.49" (800mm - height) X 65.74" (1670mm - width) X 76.77" (1950mm - depth) and a maximum weight of 2,640lbs (1200kg).
