The High Velocity Spray System (H.V.O.F.) is capable of producing premium quality metal, metal alloy, and carbide coatings, coupled with the specially-formulated powders, provides the characteristics for high-quality coatings. Coatings for restoration, corrosion, low temperature tribological (wear), high temperature (1,600 Fahrenheit) wear and oxidation resistance are available. Other favourable coating characteristics obtained include bond strengths greater than 12,000 psi and coatings which are virtually porous-free at less than 0.5% porosity.
